A little about what it’s like to work with me…

My approach is warm, collaborative, and paced to your needs. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to be curious about yourself, explore difficult experiences, and try new ways of relating to yourself and others.

Rather than focusing only on coping strategies, we make space to understand your experiences on a deeper level. I draw from attachment-focused therapy, somatic approaches, and EMDR to support this process.
