Teens & Young Adults *

Growing up doesn't come with a manual — and some seasons of life are harder to navigate than others.

Whether you're a teenager trying to figure out who you are, or a young adult stepping into new responsibilities, relationships, and independence, this stage of life can bring a lot of pressure — often all at once. School, friendships, family expectations, identity, anxiety, self-esteem, the weight of "what's next" — it adds up.

You don't have to carry it alone, and you don't have to have it all figured out to start therapy.

I work with teens and young adults navigating things like:

  • Anxiety, stress, and overthinking

  • Identity, self-esteem, and self-discovery

  • Family dynamics and communication

  • Friendships, relationships, and social pressure

  • Life transitions — high school, college, first jobs, independence

  • Feeling "behind" or unsure of your path

For teens: Therapy is a space that's genuinely yours — non-judgmental, supportive, and focused on helping you feel more understood, both by others and by yourself.

For young adults: Therapy can help you build the tools, confidence, and self-awareness to navigate this next chapter on your own terms — not the terms you think you're "supposed" to follow.

A note for parents: When working with teen clients, I collaborate with parents as needed to support the bigger picture, while still protecting your teen's individual voice and confidentiality.

If any of this resonates — with you, or with someone you love — I'd love to talk. You can click the button below to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
