Rates & FAQ’s

Do you offer in-person or virtual sessions? (or both)

Yes, both! Mondays are reserved for in-person sessions at my office in White Plains, NY. Tuesday through Thursday, I offer virtual sessions for clients located in New York and Connecticut.

Do you accept insurance? (or: Do you provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement?)

I don't accept insurance directly, but I'm happy to provide superbills so you can seek reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits.

What are your session fees?

45-minute sessions are $200, and 60-minute sessions are $267. Session length depends on what works best for your goals — we can talk through what fits during your consultation.

What type of therapy do you offer?

I offer individual counseling for clients of all ages within my areas of focus. When working with teens, I also collaborate with parents as needed to support the whole picture — while still holding space for your teen's individual voice and confidentiality.

What is the cancellation policy?

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee. This policy helps protect our reserved time together and allows me to offer that slot to another client who may need it.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers are required to give clients who are uninsured or self-pay a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services. Since I don't accept insurance, I provide this estimate to all new clients before we begin working together, outlining anticipated session costs.
