Therapy That Goes Beyond the Surface

Understanding yourself is the beginning. Learning to relate to yourself differently is where change happens.

My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and focused on the connection between your mind and body. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to explore your experiences, understand your patterns, and begin responding to yourself differently.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we'll work together to understand what's underneath them and develop practical ways to navigate life's challenges.

What This Looks Like in Practice

1. Making Space for What You're Experiencing

Having a place to talk openly about what's been weighing on you, without feeling like you need to filter yourself, minimize your feelings, or have all the answers.

2. Slowing Down and Tuning In

Taking time to notice your emotional responses, recognize what feels overwhelming, and explore what you may need in those moments.

3. Building Awareness Outside of Sessions

Connecting what we explore in therapy to your everyday life, whether that's navigating a difficult conversation, setting a boundary, or responding differently to familiar situations.

4. Making Room for Change

Working toward changes that feel meaningful to you, from feeling more confident in your decisions to developing healthier relationships and feeling more comfortable being yourself.
