Anxiety Therapy in Westchester, NY & Connecticut

When your mind won’t slow down, it’s hard to feel at ease.

Do you find yourself overthinking, anticipating the worst, or second-guessing yourself even when things seem fine? Maybe you understand where your anxiety comes from, but still struggle to change the patterns that keep you feeling stuck.

Therapy can help you understand your anxiety, feel more grounded, and build a stronger sense of trust in yourself.

Our Process

Anxiety isn’t your enemy, even when it feels like it. Sometimes, it’s your mind and body’s way of trying to protect you from uncertainty, rejection, or the possibility of something going wrong.

In therapy, we’ll work to understand what your anxiety is responding to, where those patterns may have originated, and whether the fears you carry are truly your own or patterns you’ve learned through family dynamics and past experiences.

Together, we’ll build practical coping and grounding skills to help you navigate overwhelming moments while learning to respond to anxiety with more confidence and less fear. The goal isn’t to eliminate every anxious thought, but to help you feel more grounded, understand yourself more deeply, and stop letting anxiety make so many of your decisions.
